Staying at Villa El Pinar

Family-run, Villa El Pinar is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The main reception offers a comfortable, bright, open-plan air-conditioned lounge and dining area. There is also satellite TV, video, stereo with a wide range of CD’s and videos to entertain you.

Accommodation can be booked on a Room only, Bed & Breakfast or complete Villa rental (self-catering).

Owners Bill & Sam live within the grounds and are at hand should you need assistance.

Facilities

The villa has a large walk-round terrace overlooking the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool and gardens. Whilst enjoying the pool guest can make use of the sun loungers, parasols and swinging chair and soak up the mediterranean sun.

There is a drive-way for parking to the side of the villa and an outside dining terrace, perfect for eating the mediterranean way.

Inside the villa has a well equipped kitchen and each room has tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge.

Accommodation

The sleeping accommodation comprises of 2 floors:
Ground floor - 3 double-bedrooms, all tastefully furnished and decorated.
First floor- a large spacious, air-conditioned family room (2 adjoining rooms), sleeps 4+.

All rooms have a ceiling fan, an ensuite, tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge.

The spacious accommodation enables more beds to be added to some rooms if required. Please ask Bill & Sam when booking for further details about room layouts.
